At Restaurant De Nieuwe Polderkeuken in Stolwijk, Tire Bouchon hosted a lunch tasting featuring wines from Hofkellerei des Fürsten von Liechtenstein. This princely estate owns vineyards in Austria and Liechtenstein. In recent years, the winery's quality has improved significantly under Stefan Tscheppe's leadership. Chef Frank Streefland of De Nieuwe Polderkeuken prepared delicious lunch dishes to accompany the wines.

The wines of the Hofkellerei Liechtenstein have once again received top ratings in the Swiss Wine Journal. A standout is the 2020 Herawingert Pinot Noir Grand Reserve, awarded 19 out of 20 points. The Ried Karlsberg Riesling Privat 2022 also impressed with its dense, charming bouquet and elegant acidity. These accolades reflect the dedication and passion of the entire Hofkellerei team.
