Bio Traminer 2024
The wines of our Clos Domaine series are harvested from younger parcels around the single vineyard sites Karlsberg & Johannesberg. In our viticultural regimen, freshness & structure are precisely accentuated from the pruning onward.
The Traminer is a rarity that is only bottled in a limited edition each year. Very intense but fine aromas, lush in flavour with a storable style, rounded off with some residual sweetness.
Fully matured, healthy clusters, traditionally gentle vinification. Élevage in stainless steel and maturing on the fine lees.
Juicy yellow-green in colour, exotic floral & blossom aromas, lychee & orange in the nose. Satin on the palate, with fine acidic interplay and nicely balanced sweetness of fruit.
Recommended for Asian-inspired dishes, aromatic cheeses and fowl.
